10 Things to Outsource to a Virtual Assistant

Tools:

Dropbox – A file hosting service offering cloud storage, file synchronization, and client software. Also a great way to send and receive large files… no need to deal with FTP or overnight mail. Both free and pro plans available.

Google Docs – Create and share your spreadsheets, presentations and documents online. Compatible with most file formats, it’s also a great way to back up documents and share files.

CutePDF Writer – An indispensable, free tool for Windows; creates PDF files from any printable document.

Evernote – Save webpages, notes, emails, project planning… anything can be saved, synced and remembered.

Google Chrome – Another browser alternative. Great features such as dynamic tabs, instant bookmarks, and my favorite, crash control.

Skype - This is a great way to have "face to face" meetings, get to know each other or have check in meetings.  An overall great way to stay in touch, virtually.
